Join us for an evening of tea and presence with Max Adler, a 17th-generation lineage holder of Wudang Qigong. Through his journey from martial arts to Daoist healing arts, Max brings a grounded and dynamic approach to Qigong, rooted in centuries of tradition and lived experience.

 This Sip & Steep will be a space to slow down, savor Shou Pu’er tea, and listen as Max shares his path with Qigong movement as a form of meditation, as well as the wisdom of breath and body.Tea will be served. Stories will be shared.  Space limited to 10.
